Monthly Ongoing Sponsorship Opportunties
GII has functioned in the past through one-time donations, and is now seeking monthly sponsorships for 50 children and one time gifts.
Monthly Sponsorships Available
Sponsorships Funded: $35 of $1,785
One Time Contributions to Support
- Urgent medical care (for special doctor visits, urgent needed treatment & hospitalizations): $600
- Christmas gift 2015 (a blanket or other needed basic utensils): $15 per child = $750 for 50 children
- Kitchen roof repair: $250
- Help for self-help: 1-3 month vocational training for widows and GII children having finished 10th grade: $80 per month (34 persons are currently registered = 2,720 for one month; possible maximum 8,160 for 3 months training)
- Registration for school year 2015-16: $100 per child = total of 5,000 (registration fee, school uniform, school supplies, school books & 1 casual outfit per child incl. underwear and shoes) - all has been covered :)
- General fund (monthly 1,500 needed)
- Employment fund within GII for trained widows and former GII children (sewing equipment, farming equipment like chicken etc.): $ ??? more clear information will come soon - you might keep this to yourself for now and not posting it yet on the web ...
